Piadina classica – queen of street food

The preparation of the Piadina is quick and easy. First, heat the wrap in a non-stick pan on one side and then turn it over. Fill the Piadina with ingredients of your choice, let it warm up a little more and then roll it up. There are no limits to your imagination. Whether salty or sweet, the Piadina always tastes good.
