Our products are the result of many years of cooperation with various Italian producers and small craft businesses. We develop the recipes ourselves, using raw materials and ingredients typical of South Tyrol, such as ´Schüttelbrot´-crumbs. Our products are the result of passion, experience, professionalism, and the pursuit of quality.

Lingue
This is a thin, tongue-shaped snack that works well as a bread substitute. The few, high-quality ingredients are what define the taste. The Felicis Lingue are a delicious alternative, e.g. for the aperitif, served with salami, cheese and a good glass of wine.
Taralli
The few, selected typical Italian ingredients, such as wheat flour, white wine, olive oil, give this snack the unique Mediterranean character that reminds us of Italian holidays, of summer, sun, warmth, and the sea.

Grissini
The name “Grissini” comes from the Piedmont word “ghërsa” (= name of the traditional oblong bread). The crispy Felicis Grissini are ideal as a snack or as a nibble, very good with raw ham, aged cheese, or a tasty spread. Enchant your guests!
I friabili
The main raw ingredient is rye flour. Rye is a grain grown in mountainous regions and is easily digestible. Particularly tasty are the Felicis Friabili, refined with caraway, fennel and other selected ingredients. It does not get any crunchier than this, pure pleasure is guaranteed!

La Piadina
The Piadina classica Felicis is made without preservatives and with only a few selected and natural raw ingredients. The extra virgin olive oil gives the wrap a pure, mild and particularly delicate taste.
